Wishes Fulfilled:

■  Sedona Community Center thanks a neighbor who donated a dozen gorgeous redwood planters to make their facility more inviting to host community activities.

Urgent Wishes & Needs:

Friends of Slide Rock State Park needs items for its power point presentations in the Homestead Apple Packing Museum.  They have received a screen but still need a projector and laptop computer, headset microphone, speakers, podium, and up to 40 folding chairs.  New or gently used will be appreciated.

■  Sedona Wish List is still searching for an outgoing and organized volunteer who wants varied and fulfilling community service.  Meet members of Sedona's wonderful service organizations while helping alert them to their opportunities on Sedona Wish List.

■  Humane Society of Sedona needs dog treats for their volunteer dog walkers to use when working with shelter dogs on their daily walks and socialization.  Preferred are Pro-Treat Freeze Dried Beef Liver Treats available at PetSmart.

Sedona Heritage Museum needs an exhibit designer – possibly an educator or story-teller who would like to join the Museum's Exhibits Committee and work with 3-D items to create Museum exhibits three times per year.  The committee uses materials in the Collection to tell stories through artifacts and historic photos.

Verde Valley Caregivers is looking for a sofa no longer than 6'3" for one of our needy "neighbors".

Sedona Community Center has received many planters, but still needs large decorative pots to enhance the exterior of the Center.  Please leave off  pots or your donation at the Community Center.

To those wonderful community residents who donate and/or volunteer, thank you for mentioning Sedona Wish List when contacting the organization in need.
